Terms of Service

By creating an account or using X Audience Companion (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
X Audience Companion reports follower relationships for X accounts using public data from a third-party provider: who you follow that doesn't follow back, and who stopped following you between scans. History starts at your first scan. Results are provided as-is and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address, keep your password secure and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You may track one X account at a time.
Plans, trial and billing
- Plans. Plans (Plus, Pro and Max) differ in follower and following limits and how often scans run. Current limits and prices are shown in the plans section of our home page.
- 7-day free trial. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes one scan of up to 2,000 followers and following combined. Recurring weekly or daily scans and your plan's full limits begin when the trial ends and billing starts.
- Billing. You are billed through Stripe at the end of the trial, then monthly or yearly depending on the interval you chose, until you cancel. Prices are shown in USD and may exclude taxes.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After that, access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails you can still view existing results, but new scans are paused until it is resolved.
- One trial per customer. The trial is available once per account. We may refuse a trial if we suspect abuse.
Plan limits
If the tracked account has more followers or following than your plan allows, the scan ends as partial and is not published as a complete result. Choose a plan that covers the account to scan it. Limits, scan frequency and prices may change as the Service, third-party APIs and operating costs change; we will give reasonable notice of material reductions to paid plans.
Protected and unavailable accounts
We can only read public data. We cannot retrieve the followers of protected (private) accounts, and scans of suspended, deleted or otherwise unavailable accounts will fail.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for accounts you own or are authorized to analyze.
- Do not abuse scans, attempt to bypass plan limits or trial restrictions, or overload the Service.
- Do not scrape, resell or reverse engineer the Service or its data.
- Do not use the Service to harass, stalk or harm anyone, or to break any law or X's rules.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Chrome extension
The optional Chrome extension shows your latest results using a signed token from your account. It is covered by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. X is a trademark of its owner.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that results are complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which also cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or end the Service or your access if you breach these terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
